How long does the process take?

Once submitted, Spanish authorities have 20 working days to process the application. If there’s no decision within that time, the application is automatically approved by positive administrative silence.

Can I bring my partner or family?

Yes. You can include your spouse, registered partner, and children as accompanying family members. Additional financial requirements apply.

What types of jobs are eligible for this visa?

How long is the visa valid?

If you apply from Spain, you may receive a 3-year permit. If applying through a Spanish consulate, the initial visa is valid for 1 year, and can be renewed in Spain.

Yes, but with limitations. Up to 20% of your income may come from Spanish companies; the rest must be from abroad.
